Changes from SLC version 2.0

• pat:cmp is now 1:n
• cmp:lyr is now 1:n
• scrambled PAT SL numbers in PE were fixed
• scrambled PAT SL numbers in NF were fixed
• 2 SL number errors in Alberta were fixed
• a number of SL numbers in NWT and PQ were corrected (<10)
• new SL numbers were assigned to version 2.0 polygons that spanned an ecostratification boundary
• urban areas were assigned unique SL numbers
• the EcoZone, EcoRegion, and EcoDistrict hierarchy was fixed
• the PAT LRA item was renamed to ECO
• the EcoZone Table was renamed to *.EZ
• the EcoRegion Table was renamed to *.ER
• the EcoDistrict table was renamed to *.ED
• the EcoDistrict table LRA item was renamed to ECO
• arc attributes were standardized (zone/region/district/190=water body)
• the percnt item in the CMP file was renamed to percent
• the readme.txt was revised
