National Pedon Database
The National Pedon Database (NPDB) contains pedon data that has been collected from across Canada. The pedon is the basic unit of soil in the Canadian system of soil classification. The NPDB aims to provide quality-assessed and standardized pedon data. Data from the NPDB can be used in digital soil mapping and a variety of environmental modeling applications.
