Soil Name Identifier

This field is normally used to join the Soil Names Table (SNT) to other tables such as the Component Table (CMP). There is only one record in the SNT for any given SOIL_ID. This field is a concatenation of the PROVINCE + SOIL_CODE + MODIFIER + PROFILE fields.
