Soil Landscapes of Canada v3.2 Spatial Reference Layers
The SLC v3.2 polygons are aligned to the Atlas of Canada 1:1,000,000 scale National Frameworks data.
HYDRO layer
This layer represents land, fresh water and marine water within Canada. The area covered by water is calculated in the Landscape Area Table (LAT).
The hydro layer can be used as a mask to shade areas of the SLC polygons which consist of fresh water or ocean. The TYPE field in the hydro layer PAT identifies each polygon, where:
